Per-mission

Prefer a one-off? Choose the per-mission option ($250–$400, sliding scale). It includes a one-page micro-brief, facilitation and QA, a 4–6 page handover guide, and a 30-minute post-mission check. External tools/licenses are billed at cost, and we share receipts.

In-app transparency

In the app, you always see where your budget goes: live time by task, assignees and status, and a consumption tracker for your subscription. Receipts for third-party tools are attached to each mission, and you can export a simple report for your board or donors at any time.

Yes. All missions are paid at a solidarity rate. If an NGO proves it has no funds, we encode missions as pro-bono.

Subscriptions cover facilitation, documentation, QA, templates and trainings. External tools (e.g., domain, email, plugins) are billed at cost, with receipts.
