When you join the Nomad Impact community, you don’t just ship one deliverable—you share playbooks, unblock others, and amplify local voices. Each mission strengthens the next: templates get reused, skills circulate, and NGOs grow more autonomous. Together, we turn proximity into lasting change.
In 2024, 18.1M U.S. workers identify as digital nomads — roughly 1 in 10. Worldwide, estimates point to about 40M digital nomads (sources vary). Over 40 countries now offer remote-work/digital-nomad visas, with new programs still launching.
We start from the NGO’s ask and confirm alignment in a short call. By the end, the scope is clear, as well as the definition of “done.”
The work runs over 1–3 weeks, tested with real users. Documentation is produced as we go.
We do a live walkthrough and provide a 4–6 page admin guide. The team can then run and evolve it autonomously.

Hi !
I’m Charlotte, a committed communicator and designer. After working on projects in Southeast Asia (2022–2024), I became convinced that impact comes from what we bring to local teams.
Every year, I devote time to projects serving local organizations, equipping, training, and passing the baton to associations that need it.
